Delete Your Task Pro Account
Task Pro is a business task-accountability application. It is used by organizations to assign tasks, collect staff completion updates, store task photos, and maintain task approval history.
How to Request Deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion from inside the Task Pro app. The request is submitted to Task Pro for review and safe processing.
To request account deletion outside the app, contact Task Pro support on WhatsApp and provide:
- Your Task Pro account email.
- Your organization/business name.
Never provide your password.
What Personal Data May Be Removed or Anonymized
When an account deletion request is verified and processed, Task Pro deletes or anonymizes personal account information where appropriate, such as:
- Name and email address.
- Authentication account data.
- Organization user profile data.
- Push notification token.
- Personal identifiers in task attribution where appropriate.
Organization Records That May Be Retained
Task Pro is used for business continuity and accountability. Legitimate organization records may be retained after an individual deletion request, including task titles, descriptions, notes, photos, submission records, correction history, approval history, and archived task records.
Owner and Staff Accounts
If a staff user requests deletion, active task assignments may need to be resolved before the request can be completed. If an owner requests deletion, the organization may need administrative review so business records and other staff accounts are handled safely.
